The Radio Broadcasting and Podcasting Production Laboratory of FISIP Untirta has a strategic role in strengthening the skills of Communication Science students. However, its management still faces challenges in terms of understanding SOPs, technical skills, and managerial skills. This community service activity aims to improve student capacity through training and mentoring based on experiential learning. For three days, participants received material on laboratory management, broadcast practice, and production simulation. The evaluation results showed an increase in knowledge (35%), technical mastery (85%), and the formation of professional attitudes and work responsibilities. A total of 15 participants were recommended as prospective laboratory assistants to support sustainable management. This activity proves that empowering the internal campus community can be a relevant community service model in supporting the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially through the integration of practical learning and institutional capacity development.
